That's right it is commercial software (US$99 for personal use) but when a
product works THIS well I don't mind paying for it.

There is also a free, possibly opensource one, being developed.  It used to
be called FreeMWare but I think it has a new name now.

Even though you have to purchase VMWare I still feel it is the best way to
run Windows apps on Linux.
