Hi Ken,
Do the senders happen to be using Outlook? Or can you reproduce these errors
with another client? (Preferably something RFC compliant)
If it is only with Outlook, try the MS knowledge base.
Else, you may want to make sure that the e-mail address is in <>.
Like : <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Some older mail servers don't like it without that.
