That's the funny bit. I cannot find an entry in maillog were these fail. I do
find the following:

Sep 27 10:27:46 sssgw cucipop[28069]: Opened melissa's mailbox
Sep 27 10:28:22 sssgw cucipop[28070]: Opened anthony's mailbox
Sep 27 10:28:30 sssgw cucipop[28071]: Opened paul's mailbox
Sep 27 10:30:52 sssgw sendmail[28078]: KAA28076: to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,
ctladd
r=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (511/511), delay=00:00:06,
xdelay=00:00:04,
 mailer=esmtp, relay=mail.cyb.com.au. [203.27.245.65], stat=Sent (OK)
Sep 27 10:31:34 sssgw cucipop[28079]: Opened jenny's mailbox
Sep 27 10:32:09 sssgw cucipop[28080]: Opened margaret's mailbox
Sep 27 10:33:30 sssgw cucipop[28081]: Opened brett's mailbox
Sep 27 10:33:37 sssgw sendmail[28084]: KAA28083:
to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]
om.au>, delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=local, stat=Sent
Sep 27 10:34:10 sssgw cucipop[28086]: Opened kym's mailbox
Sep 27 10:34:43 sssgw cucipop[28087]: Opened rebecca's mailbox

The 10:30 entry is a mail to the same address that failed in my first example.

This has me stumped.

I do not think it is ppp as pppstats shows no problems, I think:

             IN ACK VJCOMP VJUNC VJERR VJTOSS NON-VJ
168835752 218404   149235     46835            0             0      22334
          OUT PACK VJCOMP VJUNC NON-VJ VJSRCH VJMISS
115292750 177153     116624      35559      4970     126273      4194

What else could it be?

Thanks for the help, I really need it.
