just mount the cd and install the package
mount /mnt/cdrom
rpm -i /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/wu-ftpd*
umount /mnt/cdrom
I don't have 7.0 cd so the above path is from 6.2. modify as
necessary.
there is a separate anonymous ftp package which you may want also.
