Ya, I was wondering the same thing. They are very general with the old "up
to 20 times faster" statement. I had not even thought about the static ip
and possiblity of a web server but it is my only choice for now as I live in
the boonies near Brookville, Indiana so I think I will give them a shot.
Nothing really to loose as I can remove the extra phone line that I pay
20.00 /month for and since their dialup is 19.95 anyway I end up paying 9.00
extra per month.
