if you do

rpm -ql <rpm_name>

where I'm guessing in this case the name is evolution, rpm will list all
files belonging to that package. You should be able to identify the
executable.

Take a few minutes to read the rpm man page or anything else on the
subject. It will pay enormous dividends (I see it's caught you a couple of
times today alone :) )
