How to make the LILO with the dual OS?

Title: How to make the LILO with the dual OS?

hi,everyone:
    I installed a redhat7 recently,and make a
lilo floppy disk.The computer was intalled
both NT4.0 and  windows2000 at first. But when I restarted the computer
I couldn't found the selections of linux. Why?Someone suggest
me put LILO to the MBR and use LILO at boot to decide which OS to run.
and using the pre floppy disk to do the configuration.But I don't know
how to do that thing.
    Can anyone can help me?
