Hello,

I'm running RH 6.2 on my laptop and want to install a 10/100M Fast Ethernet
Adapter (NE2000 compatible) I'm running pcmcia-cs-3.1.23 and it works with
another pcmcia card using the pcnet_cs and 8390 drivers.

I modified the /etc/pcmcia/config file so my new card is recognized and uses
the "pcnet_cs" driver. I've got the first high beep but then a low beep and
a message (in /var/log/messages) saying:
"sorry, the AX88910 chipset is not supported."

What shall I do? Is this card absolutely out of any possibility under linux
or is a matter of misconfiguration?

Thanks for any help,
Tomás
