If I am right, I think norton ghost can clone ntfs,ext2,fat32 and fat16
drives. Ive used it before and its pretty easy.

PS cloning a linux partition will also carry over all of your hardware info.
If you are moving it to a new computer with a different processor type or a
way different hardware configuration you'll have some problems.
