I'm not sure how, but my system local isn't
set. It defaults to 'C'. I tried locale_config,
but it didn't help.
Among other things, this is giving Perl heartburn:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "en_US"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Any help on how/where to fix this?
