Hi Dave, 
No haven't run it, but did have connectivity with the LAN on another
distro, so I assumed it was okay.  As it turns out, I did unknowingly
have one crossover cable which did not work in RH, but interesting
worked in another distro,... I have no idea why.. or how.. but it is
working now.
