Did you try connection two of these computers using a cross cable? Still no
result? Are you sure your cables, the switch and the NICs are allright? Not
using cross cables where you should be using straight cables? Is the switch
plugged into the power supply? Etc. etc.
Sorry if these questions sound silly, it's just a little hard for me to
believe that you can't get 3 computers to ping each other with functioning
hardware...
