I still use Red Hat 6.2 with pump and Road Runner. My ip address does
not get changed often. In fact, I'm on my 3rd ip address since June
2001.

When the lease expires, pump doesn't change the ip address of my
ethernet card. It just happened again last night. I have to take the
interface down and bring it back up for pump to make the reassignment.
This can't be normal behavior.

Does anyone have any idea why pump would do this?

TIA,

Juan
