I have access to Suse Linux FREE...
But I can also get RH for about $100...

I think I will just get it.,..so I can study both..

Monte,
I have found your comparison excellent, as I have just come from SuSE,
and have been there quite awhile, though various upgrades.  I have found
several RPMs built for RH to work quite nicely in SuSE without any
problems.

One of the biggest differences that I see, is the absolutely astounding
documentation supplied by SuSE, as they include several books with the
distros, covering just about everything,  They even have a manual for
networking.  I must admit, I am getting addicted to the RHN though. <g>

I find RH somewhat "smoother" for a lack of a better term, and gives me
faster disk I/O.
