What you're referring to only contains errata.

I'm talking about combining the two into one - replacing the outdated
packages in the *install* tree. This allows me to perform an installation
using the latest packages vs. installing, and then applying errata from a
separate directory. Kill 2 birds with one stone. Taking the geek way out
(doing less, but getting the same done).

Or am I just missing something?
