That would be 29-35 when not scoring 1st for the Red Sox. The stat is a bit off unless you know what the rest of the league does.
And Lackey's ERA is 6.11 so it stands to reason that if his 1st inning is better than the rest of his innings.... Ergo Clay is better than Lackey. Period. So that stat is useless. The joy of stats and baseball.... you virtually can make any point you want with stats.
