The flow rate from the output of the pump to the returns should always be
equal.  How could it be any more or less?  It's not possible.  It's a closed
system.  The specs on the 25 Watt Aqua UV say 1000 GPH.  I do not believe
that I am over that with the head pressure and all of the pipe/elbows etc.
