That's the deal. We will not monitor your activities. We will trust you to put
the issue into serious consideration. That said, if in 16 months (for example)
we noticed that plenty of releases of the software were made and no progress
has been made (still not usable with a 100% libre system), we would ask you to
explain what you did to respect the deal.
It means that we agree on the fact that this issue is major and that it will
be carried out as soon as possible.
We wont hassle you, we wont expect results from you but we will expect that
you did as much as possible: we will evaluate that by the amount of visible
work done on the project by comparison to the amount of work done toward this
specific issue.
Ideally, in a few month, you'll send us a notice saying the software is known
to run with sablevm or kaffe.
I wait for a last confirmation of the terms of the agreement.
