berkeleydb backend support value & comment into directory key yet.

I done some work about key directory value/comment support into filesys
(not commited : i wouldn't polute SVN with new feature before the
release). Implement this feature in filesys backend was somewhat
trivial. My only problem (other than the key value type which will be
hopefully solved in the next release) is about permission : key
directory  value/comment is stored in a file called %%default (does
*not* prevent us of having a key system/sw/foo/%%default). What
permission should have this file ? 666 ? I think we have to clarify
permission into elektra globaly : things aren't clear, specially on key
directory (at least for me :-p). But we'll have time to discuss about
that after the release.

I done nothing about splitting key type/key value type yet.
