A general comment on this legal debate: 1) Who is acting under the jurisdiction of USA, or obliged to follow USA legal system? 2) In this situation there are more important considerations than just obeying USA law. 3) USA as a state is the first one to break any rules for their own interest and call its actions by some deceptive clever words.
4) Could the advocates of paying fees to acquire this dictionary 'donate' the cost of 100 purchased copies, for the common good of our coptic nation?! I hope this is a useful contribution to the debate, and I hope that support is given to every effort to facilitate learning the Coptic language.
