Wowzer, this is fantastic! :) Yeah, this was part of the Remind 04.00.00 release; I did a ton of work making it possible to pick the language at run-time instead of only at compile time. The various language files in include/lang/ in the Remind source repo redefine various substitution sequences for different languages.
