I just tried the link and got a "404 error" - Page cannot be found.
Otherwise I can find Vol. 1 of 2 all day long - what's so special about Vol.
2? ;-)

Mil-Handbook-419 is the third link under "System Engineering" on the
"Antenna
Systems" page at www.repeater-builder.com.....
It's a 9.6 mb PDF file that has both volumes of the handbook in it.
