[Repeater-Builder] Ramsey COM3010 Service Monitor Opinions

I am seriously thinking of purchasing a Ramsey COM3010 Service Monitor 
for my home bench and was wondering if anyone else on the list is 
familiar with this, owns one or has worked with one.  I would love to 
hear the pros and cons on this product before taking the 4K plunge.
