68-69 are cut. I guess the card is good. It is a GE card wit dip switches on it. I just noticed a cut trace on the system bord. It looks like it connects to pi 8 labled RUS. Might that be the problem. 73 de N5NPO Norm

HELP no PL(CG) decode. HELP!!! I have converted a Mastr II station to a repeater, but no PL decode. I cut 2 jumpers on the system board and still no decode. It works carrier sql. I have the factory GE decode board installed on the system board and on the 10v reg. Juimpers 1-2 and 1-3 are installed. What gives?
