IMPALA-6269: Expose KRPC metrics on debug webpage This change exposes KRPC metrics on the /rpcz debug web page. This change also fixes a bug in PrettyPrinter::GetByteUnit(), which previously did not work for unsigned values due to an implicit cast. This change is based on a change by Sailesh Mukil. TODO: testing, once IMPALA-6508 has been submitted.
