Change subject: IMPALA-13024: Unset SLOT_COUNT_STRATEGY in test_tpcds_queries.py ...................................................................... Patch Set 1: I think that the root cause is that slot count limit is enforced for coordinator only queries, while the default-pool has no limit set in the test environment. Added a comment with more details in IMPALA-13024. IMO in the test environment no slot limit should be enforced by default, as limited number of parallel tests (cpu cores count/2) should be enough to avoid issues from too much parallelism.
