I don't understand the reference to Docker: this patch is supposed to enable the Ubuntu 22.04 variant of the "build-only" job on jenkins.impala.io, https://jenkins.impala.io/view/Ubuntu%2022/job/ubuntu-22.04-build-only/ , which is not supposed to use Docker. I may well be missing something here, but I'm at a loss.
