Why it has to be specific to 'replica'? Besides, block replication also is disabled by default. Therefore, it also doesn't make sense to me to change the name form 'BlockManagerSlaveEndpoint' to 'BlockManagerReplicaEndpoint' if we're searching a synonyms for 'Slave'.
