Added the two new tests: SqlPipelineSuite now covers explicit STORED AS SCD
TYPE 1 + TRACK HISTORY rejection (alongside the implicit case), and
AutoCdcParserSuite has a test using history, track, and scd as table/column
identifiers to guard their non-reserved status.
