This PR now also addresses the following. - The `master` release image installs Java 21, and `release-build.sh` rejects Java versions older than 21 for Apache Spark 5.0.0 and later. - SparkR's `SystemRequirements` requires Java 21. - `bin/pyspark` installs JDK 21. - `dev-run-integration-tests.sh` uses Java 21 by default. - The YARN and tuning guides state Java 21. - `build_java17.yml` and `build_maven_java21.yml` are no-op placeholders on `master`.
