Is xend chkconfig'd on and running?

Thanks for your reply. No, and I don't see it's even installed (what is package name?).

# rpm -qa | grep -i xen
kernel-xen-devel-2.6.18-164.6.1.el5
kernel-xen-2.6.18-164.6.1.el5
kernel-xen-2.6.18-164.el5
xen-libs-3.0.3-94.el5_4.2
kernel-xen-devel-2.6.18-164.2.1.el5
kernel-xen-devel-2.6.18-164.el5
xen-libs-3.0.3-94.el5_4.2
kernel-xen-2.6.18-164.2.1.el5

(As I noted, we'd done nothing to set up (or not set up) xend. It's only been with the most recent kernel patch (2.6.18-164.6.1.el5xen) this began.)
