I know enough to get into trouble, and maybe a little bit more. This morning
I hooked one of my customer's rhel 5 computers to rhn to get updates using
run_register from their system and that went well it seemed.
Then I got all uppity and tried to do a yum update. The system told me of
all the packages that were in need of updating and then spoke of all the
dependencies. So far so good. Then it was time to download the packages....
I got the following stuff to read:
First update just yum itself and run 'yum clean all'. Then try again.
