Afterwards, whenever I attempt to initialize the aide database, it fails. Below are the command/output and messages from syslog. # /usr/sbin/aide --init libgcrypt selftest: binary (0): No such file or directory gcrypt_md_open failed # tail /var/log/messages Mar 1 14:50:20 myserver aide: Libgcrypt error: integrity check using `[?]' failed: No such file or directory Mar 1 14:50:20 myserver aide: Libgcrypt notice: state transition Self-Test => Error Any ideas (other than disabling FIPS to create the aide database)? A ticket has been opened with Red Hat support, but trying a stab at the mailing list.
