Hello,
it took some time, but here is the first result of an independent group
(the first I know about):

M. Gossla, H. Metzner, and H.-E. Mahnke
Coevaporation Cu-In films as precursors for solar cells
J. Appl. Phys. 86 (1999) 3624-3632

They give no R values. But, as I feel, both the excellent Rietveld
difference plots and the table comparing RBS vs. XRD Indium wt. %
demonstrate the correctness of the results achieved by the BGMN Rietveld
program (which, at my opinion, result from the correct peak shape function).
