I first thought he had taken the RioExplorer from Alex, but the fact that he
uses an
OCX Control made me think he may really have written this whole thing
himself.
I am completely unsure (SBA need to say) whether rewriting the code
is covered by the licence agreement. I find the idea slightly immoral
anyway.
But let's not forget that the UI is a large part of an application, as well.
