But it's not the first time RE copies something and wants people to pay him
to have source code or whatever....
If he took also only small parts of the source code from SBA's kernel, then
he HAS TO publish the code or AT LEAST a link to SBA's web site.
Anyway, it he doesn't, he's violating GPL.
[tonight I'll try to be online on the chat, but cannot promise because of
the GSM connection...]
