Did you resolve the issue. I have the same problem. Staight downloads show 0kbps info and do ont play. Transcoding the files appears to always download playable data. However, my Rio will not recognize SmartMedia cards now. Please let me know your experiences and solutions if any. Have you tried to go back to 1.04 firmware? I am looking for files. Hope you can help.
