That's the gain foobar2000 applies to the files. 0 on
this scale means use the suggested gain to bring it to
83 db.
ReplayGain only suggests a gain, it doesn't alter the
audio data. It's the suggested gain value that would
be useful to alter for devices/software that use only
the suggested gain and have no adjustment for it, like
SlimServer.
MP3Gain is nice in that you can easily alter this
suggested gain to have other software normalize at a
certain volume. ReplayGain does not, it's fixed at 83 dB.
