Even better, you could probably burn to a disk image. Ahead Nero supports this (other packages probably have a similar facility). Select to burn a collection of mp3 files to a disk image. This will be a lot quicker. Then you can mount the disk image so it appears as a drive letter. I'm not sure what EAC would make of ripping from a disk image, but as it's not a physical disk, you probably wouldn't need to use EAC - there's no quality loss reading from the disk image!
