Well, I've never done such a thing and I can't imagine wanting to myself but... I suppose one way would be to convert the FLACs back to WAVs, then just append them in an audio editor (Adobe Audition?) to form a single WAV, then convert back to FLAC.
There may be an easier way!! A quick google for free audio editors threw up a lot of candidates, such as http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/ , but I have no experience of using these...
