Thanks a lot for your comments.

1) I did mention this before the first command prompt example, but I've
changed it so that it's stated again afterwards as it could be easy to
miss.

2) I've 'embiggened'
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skittlebrau#Embiggen) the bold text in
the examples so that the text to be typed stands out.

3) I've added the information about pasting to the command prompt -- I
agree that this is very useful to know!

4) I've put a note after the '--help' bit that the basic usage is just
to specify an input file, with no other arguments.  I think that this
is only really an issue if the worked example does not suffice, as it
clearly didn't in this case.

How does that look?  Better?  Could I do more?
