When this happens I highlight the tracks that didn't satisfy accurateRip, and then use Burst Mode in EAC to test and then copy. 75% of the time these then satisfy accurateRip. Scratched discs can be read like this a lot of times as well, but in the case of pristine discs I attribute it to some kind of benign copy protection (wild guess). It's like there are intentional errors or something, but they pass through a regular cd player- and also burst mode sometimes, where EAC fails. Tool's 10k days was the last one I encountered. I don't let EAC run two hours for fear of damaging the drive. If it hangs I skip track within ten minutes, and try burst mode or fast mode on that track later. IME, letting secure mode go for ages on known errors always causes a glitch. Sometimes it sounds radial, like a cd is spinning- but through squeezebox. If the scratch is deep the data is lost forever, and there will be an inevitable glitch.
