First, do you have the setting for Group Discs set to "Treat multi-disc
sets as a single album"?

There's no good reason to number disc 1 with tracknumbers 1-10, then
disc 2 with tracknumbers 2-10 unless you really want it to be treated
like a single disc.  Make sure all tracks are in the same folder and
_don't_ tag the files with a disc # and SlimServer will see it just
like it sees any other album with 20 tracks.

If you want to maintain the disc #s, then tag each disc with
tracknumbers starting at 1 and with a disc # tag.  For flac use 'DISC'
and for Mp3's with id3v2 use 'TPOS' ("part of set").
