The types.conf file has the rules for associating filetypes with
identifying MIME and file extensions. The line in question is shown
below.

Basically it says treat as a "mov" file any file with extension "mov",
"m4a","mp4" and "m4b".
There is nothing to worry about as the decoding is done properly.
