I am what I would consider a relative novice when it comes to mp3
organization and tagging, etc. I have always used Windows Media Player
(currently using Vista and WMP 11) to rip my CD's to mp3 at 320 bitrate.
Recently purchased Squeezebox Duet and now realize the importance of
well-organized and well tagged music files.

After reading lots of forum threads and the wiki I find that I still
don't know what the best way is to "clean" and properly tag my current
music collection.

...stay with WMP and use their Advanced Tag Editor?
...download a separate program such as some that are mentioned in the
Wiki? And there does not seem to be a concensus as to which tag editor
is a clearcut winner (mp3Tag seems to be popular).

Anyways......any suggestions for a computer literate but novice tag
editing individual?

Thanks!
