If you are computer literate, time spend learning to use Musicbrainz.org's Picard tagger won't be wasted, and you'll benefit from peer-reviewed, correct tags. I'll be the first to admit there's a bit of a learning curve, but then again, that applies to most tagging software. It's not, as you are finding, a trivial exercise.
