I've attached a small zip file that mirrors my directory and filename structure for that one album, "100% Acid Jazz". In the .flac files however are the extracted Vorbis tags so you can see them exactly as they exist in the real flac files.
Thanks for the reminder about shuffle being off, yes is it off. I am using the web "fishbone" interface.
