I have heard of people who have taken things like flac2mp3.pl and modified them to bring in album art, but I've never seen anybody post one. So it is probably do-able, but you'd need some Perl skills. Also, I forgot to mention that I used Robin's script on most of my library and it worked great except for the album art. Then I went in afterward with mp3tag to embed the album art in the mp3s.
