Fidelity isn't applicable to FLAC settings - every setting is lossless.

What you have instead is a compression level.  0 is no compression, 8
is maximum.  Again, no sound data is lost, it's all lossless, but a
file compressed at 8 will be a lot smaller than one compressed at 0. 
The tradeoff is how long it takes, at 8 it takes more time.

Your syntax has selected 6 since you have "-6 -V -T" etc.
