Where are you "seeing" the problems with the album art? If it is from the web-based interface to Squeezecenter, you should clear the browser's cache. I've had quite a few album art nagging problems which were solved by this. The problems I was seeing is that some tracks wouldn't pick up the folder's art (folder.jpg), and in some views, certain albums or tracks would show the wrong art.
